Cash registers is a mechatronic device that automatically counts the number of banknotes. Due to the large scale of cash flow and the heavy cash processing work at the bank teller counter, the money counter has become an indispensable equipment. With the development of printing technology, copying technology and electronic scanning technology, the production level of counterfeit banknotes is getting higher and higher, and the counterfeiting performance of banknote counting machines must be continuously improved.
1. Different money counters have different fault codes. Please refer to the "Instruction Manual".

①Adjust the vertical screw at the back of the banknote tray and turn it clockwise for one or two weeks.
②Clean up the dust (dust removal) on the photoelectric counting sensor.
③It can not return to normal after cleaning, and whether the resistance rubber and money-twisting wheel are seriously worn. Adjust after replacement.
④Adjust the alignment position of the photoelectric counter sensor of the cash feeder
2. Fluorescence detection does not alarm or the detection sensitivity is reduced.
①Adjust the circuit board sensitivity button or sensitivity adjustment potentiometer (sensitivity of fluorescence detection)
