2. The coin pressing mechanism is not overwhelmed and rewinds in advance
(1) Reason
①The preloaded optocoupler is damaged
②When the optical plate and the preloaded optocoupler deviate from the position
③Poor contact or disconnection of the optocoupler cable
(2) Treatment: replace the optocoupler; adjust the position of the light shield and the optocoupler; re-weld and replace the broken wire
3. The strap is not tightened
(1) Reason
①Passive rotary light shield does not rotate
②The optocoupler is damaged and the contact is poor
(2) Treatment: Tighten the passive wheel that drives the light shield; replace the optocoupler
4. The incoming band is blocked
(1) Reason: there is a foreign body in the slip; the banknote binding belt is too bent; the belt is not smooth
(2) Treatment: increase the belt feeding parameters; tighten the screw on the pressure belt; change the banknote binding belt; check the internal smoothness
5. Tang ironing is not good
(1) Reasons: the hot head is burnt; the temperature of the hot head is wrong; the horizontal belt is not tightened
(2) Treatment: replace the ironing head; adjust the temperature of the ironing head; adjust the horizontal belt pressure pulley
6. The front door trembles badly in action
(1) Reason: The connector of the front door electromechanical is in poor contact
(2) Processing: reconnect the connection or replace the connector
7. The lower iron is not reset:
(1) Reason: the loss of spring elastic force becomes smaller; there is garbage in the guide grooves of the left and right glands
